Beaucoup de nos « plans adaptation » se concentrent à 95 % sur des aspects structurels, technologiques et législatifs, et très peu sur les humains. Ce qui est une triple erreur. Aucune évolution organisationnelle n’est possible sans adaptation humaine. Dans ces temps de bouleversement, c’est aussi une incroyable chance : celle de remodeler notre monde pour y vivre plus apaisés et en équilibre avec l’ensemble du vivant. C’est notre enjeu aujourd’hui : redonner à notre futur un espoir et nous adapter pour qu’il existe.
